The structure while every fixing is still countable.
The Schofields frame set is small and two things stand out in it. The vapour barrier recorded as missing or not visible, which belongs to the slab and is being noticed a stage too late. And the site not graded, recorded three separate times, which matters more on a partly built house than people expect: water running toward the works soaks the ground under a slab that has not yet been loaded.

Because the slab is down and the frame is up, and water running toward the building now has somewhere to sit. On reactive clay that is the start of movement you will be arguing about in three years.
Two to three hours on a single storey, more on a two storey where the upper frame must be reached safely.
Your tie down schedule, which comes from the wind classification for your lot. Lacking that, we can set out what is present but cannot verify it.
At lock-up, with each earlier item marked complete, part complete or outstanding.
Usually, because frame items are cheap at that moment and expensive to dispute later.
